This new financial support tool will be aimed at the agricultural and agro-industrial sectors, to assist in Distributed and Off-Grid Generation from renewable resources and the incorporation of new wind and solar technology equipment for the production of electric energy, in addition to all the complementary works required.

In the Province, the Ministry of Production and Agroindustry will administer the credits. The Secretary of State Daniel Sanguinetti, and the Secretary of Production, Fernando Malaspina assisted the Governor for Planning.

Another agreement was also executed to create the Federal Program of Sustainable Actions for Productive Activities, aimed at contributing to the care of the environment by means of the efficient and sustainable use of natural resources, among other things.

This second agreement executed by Carreras and Lamothe establishes the implementation of the Federal Program of Sustainable Actions for Productive Activities, with three objectives:

- To contribute to the care of the environment from the efficient and sustainable use of natural resources.

- To promote the circular economy.

- To promote the rational and efficient use of energy as well as its generation from renewable sources in those productive activities considered a priority by the Province.

Four modules that will interact in a synergic way to achieve the proposed objectives will integrate the Program:

- Awareness: sensibilization, promotion and awareness-raising actions.

- Training: training of tutors and environmental and energy managers who can develop survey, diagnosis and follow-up tasks in companies that adhere to the Program.

- Technical assistance: carrying out diagnoses, improvement proposals and implementation projects in companies that adhere to the Program.

- Financing to micro, small and medium-sized companies participating in the Program for the implementation of the improvements proposed within the framework of the Program.

With this purpose, a Technical Committee -made up of representatives of the CFI and the Province- will be formed to define the details of the training courses, the selection of the professionals who will teach the courses and the methodology for the participation of the companies.
